I like this subtlety better than the bright, hunter orange of other rods. As for the seller, they were excellent. I was alerted to a USPS related delay in arrival. The seller messaged me before I had even realized an issue had occurred. They assured me that they were monitoring and would make sure I was taken care of. I wish more sellers had this concern and quality of customer service.
