Shipped me over 400 dollars worth of the wrong items, and it appears they changed the listing immediately after shipping me the wrong items. Could have saved us both a lot of time and hassle by messaging me and asking if I wanted the newer versions--which I did NOT. It was a bait and switch. Have ordered before with no issues. Just sloppy selling. And I had to open a claim with ebay to get my refund. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, this shipment was damaged during shipping. All three soap boxes were squashed and two of them were split open. Slight damage to the actual soap, but still very usable. Soap was packaged in mylar-type envelope without protection. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my buying experience, just wish the soap had been packaged better. Highly recommended!
