When tuning the primary "A" string is suddenly went dead. It does not touch the fretboard anywhere that I can see. So, I took it off and proceeded to the "D" string. The same thing happened so I stopped. I don't know what the issue is and do not know how to use the neck allen wrench so I have not attempted. Any help appreciated.
