I supplied photos, build date and vin but they still sent the wrong fitment part the first time 😂. However they dealt with the mistake very well and quickly despatched the correct sized grille which fit perfectly and is a nice modern upgrade for my CLS. Recommended.

I messaged them immediately after opening/delivery where they stated it was new and they had tested it. My garage found it was definitely not new but charged me for checking. They gave me a refund but not the extra loss I had incurred because of them. The company cannot be trusted.
