I specifically ordered this because it was listed as the Deluxe dress, but what it actually is is falsely labeled and what arrived was the standard, which is available on the retailer website for half the price. Listing with name of item, photos and SKU that matched exactly what retailer website stated. Website URL was also provided to show buyer the information. Buyer requested refund without return. Asked buyer to provide information to show further proof that item was not as described and they did not comply. Obvious that buyer made mistake and trying to find fault in seller to try to obtain item for free.
