The item was well packaged. I've made a few building flats for my small indoor G scale layout and its not that easy! I wanted a large factory to fill a particular space on my layout and this was perfect! I added my own base to give it some extra height and I also changed the sign to fit my layout theme. So these building flats can be customized very easily. I am well pleased!

He never responded to any of my inquiries about if and when he planned on shipping it. I even threatened to contact eBay and file a complaint. He still didn’t respond. I opened a case, informing eBay that I wanted my money back. Then he sent it. I should have refused it. When it finally arrived, the item didn’t light up as advertised! Stay away from this seller!
