Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. Seller shipped it immediately and we received it more quickly than we thought we would. Bear in mind I had already experienced one cancelled order by the seller because of stock issues. I appreciate the listing states a 3 day delivery window but to wait 2 days then use DHL next day??
