First, this is a mini desktop, with few exhaust/intake ports & having all the components crammed close together leads to overheating issues. Second, the PC wasn't quite up to snuff for it's stats. Then we were informed that the newest gaming drivers for his GPU had not yet been installed. That fixed one issue at least. Not a bad eBay experience, tho, we'd buy from them again.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
