The Hello Good Smile Asuka is known to have issues with the head breaking off, as her hair makes it quite heavy. Personally I have gotten 3 with broken heads from other sellers, so I was a little worried. But she arrived in perfect condition!! I think that’s testament to how wonderfully this seller packaged the item. Highly recommend! A++++++
