Very well packed and the origami art (and a soup package?) was a nice touch. Transmit appears to be unlocked and works across all the American bands without issue. Very happy with it and would give it a 9/10 on condition. No major issues, wear or scratches.

Other people mentioned issues with the sliders, but that wasn't a problem for me. The radio comes with a power cord that has bare wire and ring connectors you can put on if you need them.
