In fairness, I only saw an offer today, that if I returned the wrongly-shipped item, seller would replace it. I said no, that is not my policy or ebay policy. You have to return if you want another product. Then he threatened me with BBB and even the Secretary of State. If you sell anything to this guy just beware he is out there.
