The pictures showed a very clear mark that the sent item did not have. Before purchasing, I asked the seller if the item had ever been opened before. even one time. And the seller told me that it had never been opened. The items value is 5 to 10 times more if it has not been opened. Customs did not open it. So ebay please look into this seller. they use items in new condition photos and send used products
