Great customer service, comparable prices and speeedy shipping! About the machine, I have only had time to do some setup and read through the manual, but having used a brother serger previously everything is straightforward. I think Brother does a good job making these machines easier to understand for newbies too though. Great thread guides, great manuals - not as daunting as they might seem.
