I received what I bought, with the exception that a 48-hour delivery service turned into 10 days. I bought a computer keyboard because mine broke, and I had to spend 10 days typing with a remote control. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery couriers. We received no communication from the buyer before feedback so did not have a chance to help. If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist. Communication is the key to resolving any issues.
