Box in image was bubble wrapped and packed in another box. Sealed in anti static bags, they look brand new. I tested all drives with Hard Drive Sentinel, Short and Extended 'Self tests', 'Read test' and 'reinitialize disk surface'. All passed, all in Perfect health. Bought for a home NAS, very happy with the drives. Great warranty and price. Will definitely buy again. Thank you.

The SMART data showed the drive had a total of 2 hours use. Data is being written to the drive as I write this. So far so good!

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected.
