I learned too late that most other brands have spacers welded to the plate. This company includes the spacers but there is no room for your hand to hold the spacer and washer in place. I used an old trick, I glued the washer to the spacer and the spacer to the skid plate with shoe goo. It is sticky enough to hold it in place till you get the screw installed. Be prepared to struggle.
