When I inquired, they told me USPS collected the item on the 19th and that USPS didn't scan it at that time. I then inquired with the USPS to find the screen shot below on the 26th ( a week later and STILL no item yet?!) Hmmm. If the seller was telling the truth, why is it over a week later and still no item?!?! F I S H Y ! The order was collected by USPS from our 3PL warehouse it wasn't scanned on site, the item was lost along with other items from that collection. The buyer sent messages "hey I paid straight away get my order out the door today" and "I trusted you, you lied to me"So rude and condescending, after the timeline stated by eBay if a package goes missing we refunded the buyer and said if the cream arrives enjoy it, we blocked her.

I took a huge chance especially when it an expensive item but let me just say how fantastic they are, not only did they adjust my price but I received them so quickly. I opened the package and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful box with all of the Loewe tags and shoe bag very impressive and the sneakers are unbelievably stunning tried them on and literally molded into my feet. Highly recommend! Will purchase
