We were perfectly civil at all times and their behaviour was anything but. We knew within the delivery window that this was ultimately going to be a refund. The first thing they did was query whether they were tracked. Quality as expected, great value as there were 12 bulbils in each pack, I was lnly expecting 1! So great value :). The appearance of Everything looks ok so, with many already rooting. I have them all potted up now so hopefully they will get going and can be nestled into their new home in the autumn ready for next spring.
