GREAT customer service, can be a little slow in response sometimes but that's probably just because they're so busy. Also purchases ship super fast and are extremely well packed -- crucial when dealing with expensive computer gear! Even things like rack ears get bent when packed from most sellers, but I've never had them get bent from Garland.
