I have done my best with the repair and the shipping. The only reason you are not satisfied is because your delivery is taking longer than you would have liked since you are in Canada and I am shipping from Texas. It does take longer for international shipments and your item gets "delivered" in the USA first before handing it off to an international courier. That was the confusion.
