When I got it, I was very unsure if the laptop was even in the box. It was, but was thrown in the box with little padding (NOT GOOD), screen was broken(not from FedEx) & still required their info to login. They answered quickly got me a return ticket and then went completely dark once it was shipped. I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet.
