I had already opened it and realized it there was nothng visually wrong so I sent it in to them. they send it back with an incredible amount of solder on it with a burnt chip. Why in the world would you leave the board with that amount of solder on it. Now I lost $40 in shipping to them and they kept another $60 off what I had paid them to attempt to fix and shop back to mem They of course offered a new motherboard. The laptop was received with an IC exploded, and burned traces in the pcb in that area. I explained you that we tried to repaired the traces and replaced the IC, and when connecting the charger that IC exploded again and we cannot fix that board. Also we never ever offered you another motherboard because we do not have boards, but when you asked if you need to replace the motherboard, we told you yes. Shame of doing business with you!

Seriously, give these guys a chance to do your repairs before you go elsewhere. If they could repair it, i doubt anyone else could. They have been around forever... look at their history. When shipping my laptop back, they packed it very well with much care and plenty of tape. Their work is as described...Experienced!
