These are complete with all meal items listed and accessory pouch (coffee, drink mix, drink pouch, napkin, gum, spoon) and also includes a flameless heater. I have tested one and yes it still works just as a newer date code item would. The ones I ordered were a 3 year inspection. My package arrived strap banded and unopened, with no shipping damage(thanks Fed Ex). I will be ordering again from this seller!

I would definitely order from this seller again and probably will :-)

I've rarely bought from such a great seller; the shipping was very fast and the MRE's were exactly as described. Priced extremely well; I will most definitely be buying from this seller again! 👍👍👍

I had a little bit of an issue with the shipping process but the seller stepped in and got it corrected immediately. Great product at a great price and an excellent seller.
