The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that undocumented immigrants have constitutional rights under the 5th and 14th Amendments, as do all persons. That being said, this is not a proper forum for political debate and if you disagree with the "Red Cards" that I included, you can discard them. I did not intend to question your beliefs.
