The tracking wasn't even updating on the system and unfortunately I ended up opening a case against the seller wrongly. I have closed the case and would like to apologise to the seller for my impatience. It was the lack of update on Royal Mail part thatade me panic as I really wanted these cards. The seller has been absolutely amazing with their correspondence and I do think the Christmas post has perhaps delayed the package.
