Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the camera was broken and chipped. This significant flaw was not mentioned in the listing, which feels misleading. I expected an open-box item to be in near-new condition, but this was clearly not the case. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Hopefully seller can make this right.
