She packs them well for shipping and considering they are frail and glass she has manage to ship me three chandeliers at various times and they always arrive safely. She also is good at answering your questions. I recommend this seller and I will be back to buy more pieces from her!

We had a touch of work getting the wire through the chain I had ordered because the plug and switch were just a little big for the chain I had chosen. But it was quickly done and we hung the chandelier within a few hours of receiving it. It's just stunning. It's hanging over my small living room bar and it looks great. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend this seller!!! A+++

It was smashed on the sides the top the bottom and had one corner of literally blown out, but the pieces were carefully wrapped and tucked inside and we're perfectly fine! Thank you again for such a great wrapping job on these pieces! Best regards!
