Although it was listed as "New" the seal had been broken & the contents removed, however, the dragon was still in Like New condition. I contacted the seller & immediately received an apology for receiving their display model & I could return it for a full refund. The seller displayed great customer service. In the end, I kept the dragon at a discount & would buy from again.
