But not everything is controlled by them and the shipping company they use all the time took twice as long (10 days) to get to me. Not trainz fault though. But the item came through well packed and undamaged. In the end, no problems encountered and that's why I go back.

They describe things exactly as they are, running or non-running, each locomotive was packaged in bubble wrap professionally, and got to my door pretty quick. The shipping price was also better than usual. I managed to fix up all 3 locomotives, and are among my favourites now. Couldn't have gone wrong with picking this up, especially since it only cost around 130 CAD in total.
