It was obvious the seller took time packing the pieces in packing paper, but the weight of this particular piece of pottery was substantial. To keep it from breaking from the impact of shipping, it should have been packed with bubble wrap, foam, and packing peanuts. Maybe even separated in different boxes. When I notified the seller and sent the pictures, they were quick to offer a refund. I appreciated their prompt care.
