The doll was shipped in a box. You are complaining about the box being damaged not the doll. Other sellers ship dolls in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Again we shipped it in a box! The doll or contents in the box didn’t sustain any damages. I explained to you that the $12.80 includes insurance (post office does not insure boxes), tracking, supplies, label, paper, & taking the package to post. Y R U charging $90+ to ship a Barbie?
