Car was listed as "New" but a chunk of paint has peeled off and is missing at the bottom of the right ladder and is loose at the remainder of that ladder's rungs. Perhaps this happened from heat during shipping. Who knows? Paper insert was cut off at the end that normally displays the typical Kadee "Train" logo.
