I was very disappointed it didn’t work and contacted the seller to explain the situation. They apologized and said to return it and they would refund my money. However I am out of pocket $34.44 since I had to pay shipping fees 15.90, duty of $15.88 and only received partial refund of $41.04 ( from seller ) and $21.70 ( from eBay). I feel the seller should reimburse me the shipping and duty since they sent a defective product to me.
