There were a few missing pieces, namely, both of the arms of the abyssal maw as well as one of the tentacles of the otyugh in the shadow lurkers box. The seller, however, was gracious and provided me with a partial refund of the total price. Overall, I recommend this seller, as when an issue with the item arose, they diligently worked towards a solution for the problem. A+
