I met him many years ago, at his warehouse, back when he was selling items in southern California. By many years ago I mean like 20 - 25 years ago or so! You don't stay in business that long if you don't provide a quality service to your customers. I've never had a problem with any of the items I've purchased from him, both in person and via eBay. This item arrived timely and was packaged well.
