First, they should stop shipping from Amazon. If I wanted to shop from Amazon, I would go to Amazon. Second, they should not use canned responses when replying to a question. They sent me the same response twice in a row, which is very frustrating. After I left negative feedback they finally sent a real response and offered a full refund if I was willing to revise my feedback. I am happy now.
