Seller contacted me promptly to apologize for the incorrect label, which they said was 100% mistake (and I believe them). This is an human, not a company, and accidents happen. They provided a partial refund as acknowledgement of the error in labeling for the item and that is more than enough for me. For a used item, this was totally fine condition and arrived promptly.
