The black Olympus OM-D E-M5 is a camera body only with an effective pixel resolution of 16.1 MP. The digital camera features an electronic viewfinder that enables users to view the shutter speed, aperture, exposure compensation value, and the spot metering area, among many other options. This Olympus camera body also features a live-view option so that users can see what is being shot or recorded as it happens. The body is made of a magnesium alloy material, and it offers 24 screen modes to choose from. In addition, editing can take place right on the screen of the Olympus OM-D E-M5. Some of the other features on this 16.1 MP camera include a 9-fps shooting sequence option, an internal flash, a four-channel wireless flash system, and a touch panel LCD monitor. The Olympus camera body also offers five aspect ratios in order to select the proper format for the task at hand. Overall, this Olympus camera body comes loaded with features to make taking high-definition digital photos and videos easy.
