Quality product brand new condition price not to bad, shipping can take up to a month wished it could be sooner. When I received the product from fedex the door was shattered most likely from shipping. I sent displaycasedirect an e-mail about the damaged door in just a few days they sent me a replacement door. overall i'm happy with displays. recommend seller

It arrived in good Condition in spite of the carrier. The box had a large dent in one of the panels but it by some quirk did not break the plastic panel on the Display case. The only down side of this whole process is, the seller states the items is on hand when in fact they are not and have to be made.
