Pluses: non-slippery handle, gum care sequence better, and can see how much charge is left. Although my original toothbrushes (same model--15 years old?) are still going strong, they no longer look pristine, so found this model after being unimpressed with the newer versions. Thanks for still making these older models available!

One handle was partly charged but the other handle had zero charge and showed no evidence of electrical “life” after an hour on the charger, so I assumed the handle was defective. I sent a message to the seller, who advised keeping the handle on the charger for 24 hours before concluding there was a problem. The seller was right—it took several hours for any of the charging lights to light up but it did fully charge. A+ seller!

They immediately responded and asked if I wanted a refund or a resend of the product. I asked for a resend and another remote was shipped out right away and was received quickly and was perfectly new in orig packaging. It’s so nice to deal with a company that stands by their products and service even though it was the shippers fault. I highly recommend this Company and will use again.
