The two refurbished pcs I ordered from Tech Leaf are working great. For the first 30 days (as a test), I treated them like office computers, in use for 8-10 hours per day as well as for streaming videos (no gaming). Both pcs work and continue to work great. I am very happy with this purchase & I would recommend & order from Tech Leaf again.

All the attachments were included as described. The computer itself looks brand new and the pre-loaded Windows 7 was very easy to setup too. The computer works like new. Have dual-booted it with Linux, so have a modern OS with which to safely go online, retaining Win 7 for use with some vintage programs that will not work under later versions of Windows.

Contacted vendor and immediately received superior customer service and communications. Kailey know her business very well. A person could NOT have a more pleasant experience!
