My neighbours have been invited to use this box for small delivery drop offs and know the number of the keyguard to check and retrieve. There is a bar code in the parcel delivery slot which can be photographed as proof of delivery if needed. Despite the house never being vacant for over 4 years, we still get a worrying number of deliveries where the implication is that no one was there.....no more excuses.

The replacement arrived 48 hours later and it was well packaged and in great condition. The parcel box is fantastic. It looks smart and is of heavy and good quality metal. Will recommend to anyone that is bored of waiting in for deliveries It may seem expensive but it’s great value for money.
