The US Postal Service on occasion can delivery good service, this time not so much. What is interesting that in tracking the shipment, the package left the USPS Chicago facility two separate times! After receipt from the vendor it sat for about a day and then was dispatched on Sept. 9, 26. The package was then dispatched "again" on Sept. 11. I received it on 9/12/26.
