The item was received late, but I must stress this was not the seller's fault, but with the shipping company from the impending holidays. The system is performing perfectly, and I tested every single piece of hardware. I would easily buy from this seller again and have already saved them on my favorite list. I would like to order another unit as a backup, but not until the holidays are over. Great communications, an honest seller, something I admire.

I contacted the seller, ITOFFICESOLUTIONS twice and they did not respond. I started a return and the shipping address was to Emesa Technology. I ordered the same model pc from Emesa Technology (on Ebay) but now my order says it is sold by discountparts. So apparently, all these sellers are really Emesa Technology. I hope the next pc will be as advertised and not a low end substitution.
