I didn’t notice until I arrived at a different location and the ramp wasn’t there. The seller doesn’t offer replacement parts at all meaning that I had to purchase a second carrier to get the replacement ramp that I needed. I’m 70 years old and cannot physically install the carrier so I had to pay for the initial installation and a second time for the replacement ramp.
