Silicone only at the top end but not at the bottom end of the sleeve. As described they are fully white with a small logo as in the picture. For my height, 198cms tall they just fit me. It’s s possible I could end up getting a tan line on my wrists as there is a gap from the gloves to the arm sleeve. I’ll post an update as to how good are they in cold conditions as I try them on these cold winter
