It was missing a crucial part which made the entire interlock unusable as is. When this was brought to their attention they were going to refund me a small amount, however they then decided that in order for me to get the part that should have came with the interlock, I would have to purchase it for $1, and as if it made it better to pay, they included a 2nd one. Should have been complete to start with & not have to purchase anything
