The other was a thumb ring that was the WRONG COLOR, and WRONG SIZE. I shipped it back to them, but now they are refusing to accept a replacement order.

It is so large that it drops off my thumb no matter how much I tighten the straps. Also, they sent me a chest protector that I did NOT order -- it went straight into the trash. Very wasteful.
