Unfortunately, I ordered the largest waste I could get 44W, but they are more like a 42W. I am so impressed with the quality of these pants I'm not returning them since I can't get larger size. Instead, I'm keeping them and hoping to lose weight.

The only small nit-pick: item could have been packed a little better, a little brown paper around it to keep it from banging around in the box , or getting dented by rough handling from USPO, would have been nice.
