Buyer is UNWILLING to help themselves to ANY of the options given. We did offer to exchange the starter (because they purchased this in error, yet they were so worried about getting return shipping paid for that they refused.) And yes, I stopped responding because it was like a dog chasing his own tail. Just going in circles!

Would have given 5 stars, but the seller didn’t answer any of the questions I had for him when I purchased the item. Poor job packaging as well, just bubble- wrapped, no box. Starter is very robust, so would take quite a hit to damage it, but why take the chance? E- Bay's Global Shipping system is the worst!
